What sort of degrees and training would a person need to become a musician's manager?

I know they would probably need a business degree of some sort.... but what else does a person do? Just to get the correct credibility?

Usually they get a degree in MUSIC BUSINESS, which is actually a MUSIC degree. They tend to minor in event planning/coordination. Normally, they then do an internship before being hired by a corporation. If they do not successfully complete the internship then they are pretty much SOL unless they can make it as an independant agent (and almost NONE make it).
