I'd say that they are Even Stevens. They balance each other out to form an equilibrium.

God's Angels are more powerful. But Satan is more powerful than the average Angel- it took two Angels to battle Satan one time in the Bible.
But God isn't an Angel, and Satan is a fallen Angel.

This is sort of a trick question, satan was an angel made by God and therefore exactly as powerfull as any other angel. However we do not commend ourselves to the angel of God, we simply have faith that God exists, whereas Satan is a figure we would have to turn to in an un-natural way (assuming that the vast majority of people follow and teach their children to follow conventional versions of christianity)

An angel of God is the most powerful, though the devil can make it seem that he and his angels are the most powerful. But the devil can take away what he has given you, while God allows you to keep what he gave.
