This is an advice from me , be honest and be brave and tell her in a polite way.
For example: tell her your feeling as a story then asked her how was her feeling about this story ? and what will she do if she become the boy who doesn't like the girl who loved him ,and do the answer.

You can, for starters, tell her what your ideas on love are.
Then you can tell her why you feel that way about love.
You can start by saying something about the way you were brought up.
Then you can tell her that a relationship is not exactly what you can afford to be in right now.
And let her off in a slight glimmer of hope saying that you will call her once you change your mind, or when your priorities have changed.
I think, if you talk to her from her perspective, on why she should 'move on', i am sure she will understand.
Cheers and All the best, amigo!!

It's not going to happen, she's going to get hurt and you're going to feel bad about it. But, be authentic, don't put yourself or her down by being mean, and don't whatever you do pretend you feel differently then you do, it's the worse lie if you do. And do it now. Not in a couple of days, but the very next time you see her. And, try and remain friends, however, I can't remember a time that ever happened in my life. Good Luck!

This is really very true like my situation. I like her and she doesn't. But I know sometime this happens. This is hard time but I am sure if you tell her about your feeling she won't come forward. It will defiantly heart her emotions but with time she will handle it. Be sincere see if she needs to talk or not. I think she won't be that stupid not listen to you what you feel and want. At least I would not.

Be honest.
Remember time heals all wounds. It will hurt like hell, but years from now she will look back and call you a looser, and herself a looser for being in love with you.
But atleast she she won't be in love with you anymore, and you would have done the right thing by telling her the truth.

Tough one... I agree with the first answer. Be as honest and sincere and possible. Don't be mean or nasty. Get her alone and talk to her, just you and her. Don't do it in front of anybody, it'll only embarrass her.

You need to be honest about your feelings toward her. You will problably hurt her feelings though, even though u aren't trying to. Rejection is hard to swallow at times
