My vote is Spiderman.

I say Spiderman. Batman can't compete with Spidey's strength and agility. Plus Spidey has his spider-sense, which can warn him about any of Batman's gadgets and if Batman is trying to attack him in the dark!

To the novice, it would appear the Spiderman would dominate Batman. He has superior strength, speed, agility, and of course the webs. However, keep in mind that Spiderman is in his early to mid-twenties. Batman is more experienced, has access to a greater array of weapons and gadgets and is also smarter. Batman would research ways to defeat Spiderman while Spiderman would more than likely go into the fight with a lot of bravado considering the aforementioned superiorities. So chalk this one up to Batman.

Batman is a comic book representation of the idea of brain over brawn, not to mention the fact that Spiderman is immature. Batman would win.

Batman would win, most definitely. Batman has infinite fundage, and is vastly more intelligent than Peter Parker. This is what enabled him to defeat Superman. He probably has a giant file on Spiderman with a list of all of his weaknesses stored somewhere down in the Batcave.
