Been there. The guy usually goes onto other things and is not sure of himself. Let him go and wish him the best. I know it's difficult with the feelings/thoughts even 5 years later, but if it was meant to be it would have already happened.

Take a chance, and call him. If he is your soul mate cool. If he turns you down, at least now you know to get over it.Just come out and tell him that you have been thinking about it. Maybe it is just the boost he needs. Either way you will not know unless you talk to him. Good luck.
