I would talk to your doctor. It could be because you didn't have enough lubrication that made the walls of your vagina irritated, it could HPV, it could be that you are getting really close and sex is aggrivating things down there. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor. They may want to just check and make sure everything is alright, or they could give you suggestions on how to help. I wouldn't have sex again until you talk to your doctor.

It's might be because you're so close to having the baby and your cervix has already started to dilate. I had this same problem when I was close to popping and it was just because I had already started dilating. I had pain DURING sex, though, I just realized you put down that the pain came AFTERWARD. Hmmm...Might be the HPV...Always ask your dr. when in doubt.
