perhaps is a bad Idea to use polarized lens because it reduce the sparkle reflex or something?

is just ok to use regular sunglasses right?

As answer 1 says, trust your eyes. But play it safe; you're safer and more likely to spot a green flash at sunset rather than sunrise, since you know the exact place to be watching. (See ref.) And for extra safety, you don't need to look directly at the spot until the sun is just a tiny sliver on the horizon.

The light from the setting sun is often filtered enough by the atmosphere to be viewed naked eye. You can trust your eyes on this one - if you're comfortable looking at it, it's okay; if it hurts your eyes, go for the dark glasses.

It is never safe to view the sun without proper protection. It can burn the retina and you will not feel it, and if you do feelk it, it is too late.

I think its okay to use just sunglasses
