I called his cell, he didn't answer. Two hours went by. Another night recently the same thing. I drove out to where he was. His friends were outside and he was no where to be found but his car was there. He was uin the womans house across the street, drunk, and claims nothing happend.

I really wish that I could tell you what it is you really want to hear but from the sounds of it you already know what is going on.
The thing about being in love is that we tend to close our eyes to the things we do not want to except about our mate, and we do until it is too obsessive to ignore any longer.
I'll tell you this, once a cheater always a cheater, not so;
If your guy is really serious about you and your feelings and he wants to be with you he may change but, No one can make him stop but him.
One thing is so though and this is if you let him get away with hurting you and disrespecting you over and over again he will continue to do so, he will only do what you let him do to you, only you can stop him from cheating on YOU.
I wish you Luck in your relationship, may be he will wake-up and realize what he has in you and stop his present actions, if not you do have some say in what happens while he's with You....

Well,
I am a boy i know what a boy would do.
If he is acting strange around you then you better let him go.
If he is just in a Hurry a lot do the same thing.
If you expect weird or different things about him he is cheating.
but...
If he is normal than i would say that he is telling the truth..
If he is around you a lot and is anxious for love, then you probably with a nice guy

If you can't trust him anymore there's probably no point in staying with him. And if he has cheated once he'll do it again - don't let him hurt you.
