I am confuse as to if I should try to find out why or just let it go. I know I am, diabetic, no thyroid problem, iron count is normal, liver function is normal to. Any ideas?

so a "normal" bp is 120/80, however, like body temp, peoples blood pressure runs differently. If you can function normally, without dizziness, fainting then your blood pressure is "normal" for you. are you athletic? people who are athletic usually have lower bps than those who are not. Was your bp extremely high before? I think you are just fine, and I would have your bp monitored at regular doctor visits, or if you start to feel faint and dizzy

Normal is 120 / 80 approximately.

I know several persons who's pressure is 100 / 60 most of the time.
It is healthy to have a lower pressure , unless you get dizzy or faint, which these 2 people do not have. The doctors office personell get upset sometimes. Look up blood pressure on the Internet at
webmd.com or mayoclinic.com. Be happy to have low pressure. Those blood pressure pills cost $2 or so each.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

there is no normal blood pressure, it is what you usually run that is normal for you. some people just have naturally lower blood pressure than others. as long as you are not passing out or getting dizzy, and have had all the tests(that you mentioned), and your doctor doesn't seem concerned i wouldn't worry. how low is abnormally low?

Now this isn't abnormal, you may just need more sodium in your system. If your electrolites are in balance then it's just a very strong heart and circulatory system. Nothing really to worry about so long as you don't get dizzy, black out, or pass out. Don't fear it, besides, your nurse is probably just nieve. She might think it's dangerous, but so long as your heart function is alright, no murmurs, no abnormal beat, no arithmia, then don't worry about it. You are just healthier, and have a very low chance of developing heart disease, getting a heart attack, or other blood condition.

eat celery and take flaxseed oil. Exercise helps as well. Also try tai chi and meditation. This is a cure!
