you need to log in as administrator to delete other user account...
start--setting--control panel--user accoun-highlight the account and delete

>selsct the account u want to delete
>delete
"thats all u ahve to do"
but u must login as administrator or administrator privilaged user.then only u can do this

go to add/remove programs in computer settings in control panel find program you want to remove and just select remove and windows will do the rest
