I work at Quiznos and it is or can be very healthy. We do not cook them in oil. We cook our meat in Au Jus sauce and chicken in Mesquite sauce. All our meats and cheeses are sliced every morning and are sliced through out the day as needed. Our work environment is very clean. (a bit annoying really). We have fresh bread that's really good too! Our salads are made fresh everyday and u pick what u want to put on them. The same with our salads, u pick. We even have a lite menu for people who are watching their weight. We also have a Real Deal menu, very good. So, all in all, i would pick a hot sub over a cold sub! or...you could get it cold anyway...if you want, just ask!

It depends on what you order and what you put on your sub.
If (as other posters have stated) you slather it with dressings, toppings sauteed in oil, and add cheese then it will have quite a few of calories..
I believe Subway is a a better choice is you are worried about calories as they offer so many cold subs that don't need to be cooked in oils.
If you are interested in nutrition, iron content and such then Quiznos is much better then a burger joint and probably even with Subway. Both Subway and Quiznos are better the Jreck Subs as Jrecks doesn't offer vegetable toppings with any real nutritional value. Chose vegetable (and fruit) topping that are rich in color.
It all boils down to what you order on your sub.

they are a very healthy alternative when compared to deep fried or frozen foods. Quiznos has great, fresh taste and an intriguing variety of menu items. Check out the following website to find out.

they're healthier than most fast food places, as long as you don't get high calorie dressings and toppings (mayo and bacon for example). same goes with when you go out and get a salad. with some of the stuff that people put on them (dressing, cheese, croutons), they end up consuming more fat/calories than if they would've gotten a burger and fries. you can go to their website and get the nutritional facts.
