Video & Online Games - May 2007

I'm new in Pokemon and i'm using fire red.
My bro is an expert but he hadn't experienced what I'm experiencing now...

I don't know if this is the one but I can't access Bill's PC.
Whenever I click deposit or withdraw, the screen will turn blank but the sound is still playing.
Is it caused by the Pokerus or is it something else?
If it is not Pokerus, then what is it and how can I fix Bill's PC?

When I new gamed it (but i didn't save it), Bill's PC worked perfectly.
I don't want to new game what I'm using now because I'm finish training my pokemon and I just have to go inside the league.
But almost all my rare pokemons are inside Bill's pc.

can you please give me the specific way to 'lover's leap'? i've been around that place beside the lab and i can't go there. can you please give me the specific way?
