and your bosses didn't care, would you quit? That's what I'm wanting to do at this point. I manage an apartment complex and put my all into it. I've gone out at 1 am to kick people off the grounds that didn't belong there, I've improved the grounds, I've replaced bad tenants with good tenants, I go above and beyond what my bosses expect and get no appreciation or recognition for it. I'm feeling down already, so please don't say anything mean. Am I wrong for wanting to quit? Would you quit?

I'm from Iowa, southeast Iowa right across the river from illinois. I think Iowa is a great place, but I can't stand living in the stupid town I live in. maybe someplace bigger. I am in the process of moving to a small town to go to school in Illinois. The town is pretty small but it's loads of fun when school is in session (Western Illinois University). do you like where you live?
