還是我拉 176cm 60kg 跳躍可超出籃框10公分以上,右撇,有時候比賽快攻位失誤1到2次,除非跳投,上籃我很怕被蓋說,還有阿,請問要怎麼以跳的高度上籃

今天 我朋友跟我說 我只有身高而已 沒技術 187不是罪..
跟我說 校際杯12個名額裡面 有你跟沒有一樣
可是我明明就很努力打球 跟搶籃板
但是他真的很準 準到讓我覺得真的靠他就行了
可是他居然說 我沒技術 有跟沒有一樣
我可以摸框 他說 我有你這個身高早扣籃了
我上籃 他說 你搶籃板就好 剩下的什麼都不要做 連補籃他也說不要給我補
好煩哦 這個人教我投球 剩下的我就自己練了
還有很多 很想打出來 可是怕大家 懶的看
跟他打11不是他60我 就是我60他
唉 好朋友居然會為了籃球這樣損人
真是傷心
