我的屋子說來好笑.從和設計公司裝潢簽約至今.已經八個月仍未裝潢好.
真是痛苦無奈.....尾款尚有70萬我便不願如期給他們.
現在屋子還沒驗收.問題已經一推該如何呢?花了大筆錢.
每次有問題和瑕疵.對方都會一堆理由.對於外行的我來說..只能眼睜睜看著
花了最多錢.卻買到最沒質感的東西.
又如釘一個衣櫥.高6尺半.寬6呎半..只貼紅風木皮噴透明漆..居然花了10萬塊.
而且要驗收時才發現是沒門的衣櫥.請包商作門.他卻說已經不行做了.
理由一推.不然就是還要追加費用2萬以上..
目前尚未驗收通過.對方一再推託不願善後.一直崔收尾款
請問我該如何保護自己的的權利.或申訴管道呢?或者可否有專業的裝潢人士可鑑定問題所在.協助受害者向裝潢公司據理而爭呢..

如題,最近我爸想在溫泉村那邊開民宿,地是自己的(老家),想問一下各位大大的意見,這個地點有其他民宿嗎??那邊有比較好玩的地方嗎??PS:我很少回去 ,所以不太熟地形@@"
