請問各位: 我是一位高二生 目前半工半讀
由於上班久站的關係 我的小腿常常會抽筋 而且腳踝也會酸痛無比
我看過了許多中醫 也用了針炙.薰蒸.電療.推拿 但是酸痛消除一段時間後
又會復發 使我感到很困擾

請問需要另外去看西醫骨科 還是繼續看中醫呢?

我是個運動員每天約跑15km我膝蓋也會痛你可以去買有含葡萄糖鞍的保建產品來吃他可以潤滑你的膝踝關節.40歲以上就要開始吃了我的小腿常常會抽筋 而且腳踝也會酸痛無比你睡前 和中午時可以拉筋抽筋時只要把腳伸直腳板往身體方向搬就好了每晚睡前拉筋~睡眠時就不會抽筋了多吃點水果纖維~也可以去買熱力類的酸痛乳膏或是去買液化鈦我認識很多運動員也都會戴液化鈦有綁在腳上的或項圈非常有幫助每天拉100下單槓我也不覺得酸痛.之前拉50下隔天就超酸的我很推薦!!你可以去奇摩拍賣裡收尋液化鈦就可以了

我的工作也需要久站,以前不覺得怎樣,
最近半年每天慢跑,也出現和你ㄧ樣的
情形,後來聽說在軟地上慢跑(最好赤腳)
可以有效改善,我去試了ㄧ下(沒勇氣赤
腳跑),果然有效,已經將近一個星期沒
酸痛了,提供你參考!
