去銀行問吓仲做唔做按揭? 有無改建? 有無漏水? 因為有好多漏水樓
查唔到邊處問題, 係好麻煩. 有無業主立案法團? 注意附近鄰居是否
正當? 若住班賊或夜晚先嘈嘈閉既人, 你都幾慘! 買呢d舊樓唔補值,
分分鐘仲要經常貼錢去維修好大鑊, 我唔建議買太舊既樓, 買得咁舊
既樓, 不如住申請公屋, 居屋或租樓住好過, 起碼唔使咁煩.

首先梗係要注意價錢啦!仲有係面積實用率高唔高,地產商有無作大,
查吓有無死過人,間樓係唔係危樓,上手有無欠人債,水電管理費交齊
未等,同埋d裝修及上手物品的處理問題,要事前講清楚至好入伙呀,
