Agent 甲 帶我睇樓,但冇簽睇樓紙, 而家我想搵另一間代理買同一單位 (未夠 3 個月),
請問Agent 甲有冇權收佣 ?

當然冇權收佣,理論上冇簽睇樓紙等同佢冇帶你睇過樓,香港地講法律,如果唔係就唔使樣樣野都白紙黑字寫淸楚,唔係口講口賠,所以唔使理會佢。
但係道義上就唔係咁啱數,要睇下佢冇同你簽睇樓紙係咩原因,忘記咗?趕時間?熟客?朋友? 話晒人地都叫做付出過ma.
Anyway唔比佣金佢你絶對唔需要付上法律責任

如果講法律, Agent A甲是絕對冇權收佣的, 如果他是持牌地產代理, 地產監管局是規定睇樓前一定要簽睇樓紙的, 但好多細行, 唔知佢地有心定冇意, 佢地係完全唔簽的???
睇樓紙的用途, 是大家訂立的合約, 駛唔駛比佣, 比幾多佣, 幾時比佣, 大家有冇利益衝突都要申報的, 咁重要的文件點解唔簽? 如果有乜爭拗, 搵上法庭就係證據。
如果Agent A要收你佣, 你是可以到地產監管局投訴的。
但一般的地產舖在地區上可能有點地區勢力, 你要人做左野, 你唔比佣, 日後買左層樓, 出入都要小心D, 唔知會唔會有冇意外會發生!

theoritically he can offer comission from u if u really buy the flat he had bring u up and see
however, it's hard to prove cause u haven't sign the "documents"
finding another agent to see the same flat is sure OK

冇簽睇樓紙應該沒問題,
簽睇樓紙應該是在單位成功賣出, 而被 agent 發現時之追佣証明
其實你可以試下問agent, 睇樓紙有何作用, 如果我幫你簽左睇樓紙, 又幫另一個 agent 買會點 ? 如果沒簽睇樓紙, 又幫另一個 agent 買會點 ?

of course you can find another agent to buy a same flat if Agent 甲 帶睇樓,但冇簽睇樓紙.
and Agent 甲 is absolute 冇權收佣 because Agent 甲 is too lazy. I had same experience, it is absolutely no problem. 200% no problem.

唔簽睇樓紙, 只有一個原因,就係懶! 懶係要付出代價的. Agent 帶客睇樓, 成日唔關門窗, 業主的損失, 一樣好難追討!!!
