250至270萬, 要看你想買的單位有多大? 400幾呎定800幾呎? 你喜歡駕駛定喜歡搭地鐵? 你經常要前往的地區是那裏? 你喜歡新樓定舊樓? 你需不需要會所? 所有的因素都會影響到物業的價值?
如果你經常前往東九龍和港島的, 我會建議你考慮將軍澳, 二手樓都只是3000元/呎, 大型商場, 豪華會所, 私家花園平台, 鄰近地鐵, 但如果你經常出入油尖旺或西九龍, 咁就不太方便了......
