買樓一次過付款(本票)抬頭是否一定寫律師行,可不可以直接寫買家名?

除了雙方協議外,寫律師行的名稱較有保障,因為律師行會先將款項存入以律師行名義的信託人帳戶內,待物業的樓契手續辦妥後,才將款項交給賣方,這種做法會較保障買方。

your have to take the risk if u deal direct to the seller, better thru 律師行 finish 物業的樓契手續辦妥. Though u have to pay the 律師, but that is play safety.
