Einfach Anreise- und Abreisedatum eintragen und die Art des Zimmers.
Was aber Berlin damit zu haben soll, weiß ich jetzt nicht.

If your looking for a cheap hotel in Berlin or Cologne you can have a look at http://hotel.de/ (its in english) I would take at least a 3 star hotel. They start around 40 Euros. The Dom hotel itself in cologne is above 200 Euro (5stars). There are plenty other, more affordable hotels around the dome(the cathedral).
Hotel.de has some discount rates so its worthwhile to have a look.
In Cologne I was ones at the "Hotel Drei Könige am Dom" which is at 43 Euros and quite OK. It is also not to far from the cathedral and the main train station.
