Try a "Pudim de Claras"


* 6 egg whites
* 6 spoons of sugar
* 1 little spoon of lemon skin

Syrup

* 1 Spoons of sugar
* 1/4 Cup of water
* 1/2 spoon of lemon juice

If you wanna know how to do it, I will post the recipe in portuguese.

Modo de Preparo

Prepare a calda colocando em uma panela o açúcar, água e suco de limão. Leve ao forno com a panela tampada e ferva por 5 minutos. Retire a tampa e deixe a calda cozinhar até obter uma cor de caramelo leve. Balance a panela e retire do fogo. Despeje a calda em uma assadeira de bolo (furo no meio) e girando a assadeira caramelize bem todos os lados. Reserve.

Coloque as claras em uma batedeira e comece a bater até que as claras fiquem em ponto de neve macia. Vá acrescentando o açúcar aos poucos sem parar de bater. Despeje as claras na assadeira, preenchendo bem todos os espaços.
