1. Wash and clean sea cucumber and cut into medium/small pieces; clean the shrimp and get rid of the intestines, boil the shrimp in water for just a little bit; wash the 蚵 then shower with boiling water once.; cut the mushrooms in medium/small pieces; cut meat into medium/small pieces
2.put oil in pan then stir-fry all the ingredients, pour in liquids and ingredient A, put fire on high until boiling, put 太白粉 and water to thicken
3 fry the rice cakes with hot oil again
4. Put the boiling soup into soup bowl, then put in ingredient B then you can eat it
Note:
1. The rice cakes should be fried right when you are going to eat it, so it will make popping sounds when you pour the soup in, it makes it more tasty looking
