into the boiling water and cook for approximately two hours.

2./另燒一鍋水,待水沸後將麵條放入煮約五分鐘後撈起
Put the noodles into another pot of boiling water
and cook for about 5 minutes, and then strain the water.

3./再加入蒜泥.鹽及煮好的麵條和黃牛肉湯頭即可
Sprinkle mashed garlic and salt in the cooked noodles and stewed beef soup.

@ Sorry, I did not quite understand your procedure in step 3.
What my understanding is like the one in the quotation mark
or the one like this:
Sprinkle mashed garlic and salt in the cooked noodles,
and then add the stewed beef soup.
“將蒜泥及鹽撒在煮好的麵條裡再加入黃牛肉湯頭”
@ 即可: Then, it's ready to serve.
