I’m sorry to write in English, I’m brazilian and I don’t speak Germany. I did this question to the Americans and I think the answers very amusing.
Did USA beg pardon to Japan, by the two atomic bombs thrown, and to Vietnam, by the war in there? If not, why?

Because there is nothing to "beg pardon" for.... It's that simple. Which brings up "Why do you think that we should "beg pardon"?

You will have to do the research yourself, but check out all the war reparation dollars the US has spent... Why do you think the UN exists?

sure - those Japanese were just great during WWII. Ask all of our POW's that they had,...ask the Chinese, who hate them to this day for experimenting on entire towns with biological weapons on them..those 2 bombs saved a million lives at least, including Japanese lives..you can bite me ahole

If someone stabbed you, and you stab them back you would ask for forgiveness?

No, the USA did not "beg pardon" nor should they. Japan attacked the US unprovoked. They deserve what they got. Those two bombs actually saved thousands and thousands of lives in the long run. Military estimates were closer to millions if the US had to invade the Japanese mainland. The Vietnam disaster is what you get when you allow politicians, public polls, and protestors to run the war. Politicians and non-military (the public) should stay out of the way and let the military do their job. Get the media out of the field of combat.

I see where you are going so please allow me to say. When ever I hear people expressing such narrow minded opinions I think about a book titled “The Ugly American” (Ugly American is an epithet used to refer to perceptions of arrogant, demeaning, unthoughtful behaviors of Americans abroad. The term originated as the title of a 1958 book by authors William Lederer and Eugene Burdick…). Never mind the war might kill thousands as long as they are not Americans it is justified. During World War II there were some instances which even then raised many a persons conscience for example the bombing of Dresden on the nights of February 13 and 14, 1945 we bombed and killed roughly 135,000 to 300,000 civilians. Another example would be August 6 and 9, 1945 we bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki over time killing roughly 428,000 most of which are civilians. Between England and America we have steered, dominated, assassinated countless Governments and countries. Seldom thinking about the pain and death we caused the populations but again there are countless Americans who believe if it is our best interest it is justified. We did apologize to Japan for the Atomic bombing, but that was all. Did you know that Japan had submit a message to the American Government so they would be aware and alert and that Pearl Harbor would not have been a sneak attack? It seems that under their warrior code Bushido that would have been cowardly. We did not apologize to Viet Nam but might as well have after killing roughly 5,000,000 of their population our companies are doing a land rush business with them. War is never prettty and it is never over.

Why should the US do that! Deceit, Savagery and Barbaric acts and Thievery were synonymous to the Japanese forces that invaded countries in the pacific and asea without provocation but for their Greed and ambition. They should thank their gods two A-bombs was not enough to erase them from the face of the earth.
Vietnam was a fight between ideologies . . . Do you offer apologies for defending what you believe in ?
cuddles
There was nothing to apologize for. Both actions were a reaction for aggression. Perhaps you are one of those who blame the US for getting attacked. If so then I feel sorry for you. The fire bombing of Tokyo was much worse than the two atom bombs dropped. None of it would have happened if they did not attack us and had surrendered when we asked them to. Deal with facts when you condemn this country.
