If you wanna Life good in Brasil you should go to Sao Paolo but if you wanna life cheap you should go to receive? Sao Paolo is a wonderful city I have lived there a short time and it is not really expensive if you don´t move to Morumbi!
But Interlagos is very nice and Itaim Bibi is very nice too! And you life cheap in Brasil anyway!
