有關於 I-20和入學許可

如果已經收到美國研究所的入學許可(admission letter)以及 I-20之後,
卻突然收到學校的email說他們made an error,這樣 I-20是不是就無效了,就不能用 I-20去辦學生簽證(人已經回到臺灣了)???

如果這樣的話,是不是可以提出告訴,因為是美國那方面搞錯,而我們卻損失了很多錢和時間,而且真的很莫名其妙???

Fist, please understand what error it is?
and does I-20, so far, still have any effect?


And wherever you are now, ask them how to
solve if you want to apply F-1 visa?

If they don't re-write I-20 but do agree your
admission, please ask them write a new letter to certify you will be a student of their
university and you can apply a F-1 visa. When you go to AIT, remember to bring this letter
from refused by Officers of AIT.

怎麽樣的error,意思是說你被拒絕了嗎？如果是,I-20當然就不能用了.
至於要告,說真的,跨海告,要告贏得幾率不大..尤其是要告大學..
這點如果你真的要告,建議你帶錢,然後去美國找律師詢問看看..
