射精（ejaculation），是雄性動物性行為時將精液射出的反射性動作，對於人類，性成熟的男性通過性愛動作亦或是自慰等方式達到性高潮時，生殖系統管道的強烈收縮，精液隨著射出體外。

人類因性高潮而達到射精階段時，通常會有抽搐及呼吸急促等現象。同時生殖器也會有異常興奮與極度快感出現。當精液由尿道排出體外後，陰莖之海綿體即排血，陰莖即開始萎縮。且通常萎縮後龜頭的敏感度亦增加許多。
