Que no sepa a manteca, que no sea muy empalagoso y que no tenga colorantes artificiales (o por lo menos no tanto). Mis favoritos son el de vainilla, petalos de rosa y menta con chocolate.

Sabor dulce, no me gustan ni cinco esos helados de frutas acidas, el chiste del helado es que sea dulce.
Otra cosa que me gusta es tener variedad de sabores para escoger sobretodo para revolver.
Y por ultimo sabores raros pero sabrosos como frutos del bosque o el que se inventaron en el aprendiz 2 con donas...
