歐美常見十大保健食品或中藥材...22點

Question

想請各位大大幫忙提供一些歐洲或美洲排行前十名的的保健食品或藥材(生藥也可以),不論是民間藥或處方用藥都可以,最好是附有官方或相關單位的資料.
如果檔案太大只要提供網站就可以了,不一定要全部都找到,某一個國家(舉例:德國的銀杏等)也可以,希望各位大大多多幫忙喔!

Garlic;
Echinacea;
Saw palmetto;
Gingko;
Soy;
Cranberry;
Ginseng;
Black cohosh;
St. John's wort; and
Milk thistle.
