It depends very much on material quality as well as craftmanship.

Generally speaking if your 前後花 are only screen printed, @$29 should give you very high quality products (eg. US cotton fabric). For low quality screen printed stuff the unit price as been as low as $5 for a 300-pcs lot.

Many China factories will offter very low price, but managing them on delivery and QC are often impossible. So if you can make money out of the $29, just let it be.
