le tagliatelle! gusto personale a parte, le tagliatelle al ragù sono una ricetta classica proprio perché la pasta all'uovo si lega meglio con la parte "grassa" del ragù.. e poi se sono un po' ruvide trattengono meglio il sugo, cosa praticamente impossibile per gli spaghetti.
