Na verdade o seu intuito foi dar um duplo sentido a pergunta...mas naum conseguiu.
Farmácia termina com "a".
Termina começa com "t". O problema é que para se referir ao "termina" e naum ao "farmácia", tu precisaria pôr uma virgula após "termina".
