咁做乜運動先減肥最快?

一定要食少同埋每日堅持做運動.當然,以過內人身份俾意見,美食當前,其實係好難忍到口唔食,所以唯一可以做既就係堅持做運動.跑步其實係好effective, 跑完記住拉番筋,gum就唔會腳粗.同埋唔好跑快,因為gum樣係 building muscles and training your 爆炸力.So, what I recommand is to run in medium speed and you must sustain in this process.. like running for around 30-45 mins per day. After running, then 拉筋 then 再做 sit up. 如果忍受到,就著件風褸跑步,可以侷多d汗出 lei.
好老土,但亦好現實,減肥真係好講恆心.

其實做咩運動都有助減肥既不過要搵一個岩自己既運動先至最重要丫!!!!如果唔係就會變左練肌肉架啦

食物要少吃不能甜品.最快成功减肥......是每天吃粥大约一个月加瘦肉湯和菜
可减八磅..我試過....十分OK......
