我的名字叫林佩儀，出生於花蓮，我是一個具有阿美族原住民血統的女孩。在原住民中，自己是很幸運的，在部落中有許多原住民的朋友，沒有太多的教育資訊及環境，所以我特別珍惜、把握任何學習機會。成長的過程中，父母親採取樂觀開明的教育方式，讓我們自由發展自己的興趣。因此養成我擁有樂觀的人生態度。由於高職畢業後即北上求學，面對課業與生活上各種事情都能自己處理，就算受到挫折也學會了釋懷、進取。因此養成了獨立自主、責任感重的個性。
大學期間，對人力資源管理產生濃厚的興趣，因此，選擇人力資源管理為專題的主題，其中也規劃選修『勞資關係』等課程，以奠定對人資更深厚的基礎。專題製作過程中，我們參與了從最初步的資料收集、資料的統計到整個專題的完成，所有的過程都是我們親自操作及編寫完成的。在辛苦的努力下，校內專題比賽得中獲得不錯的成績，因而肯定我們的努力。
專科與大學期間學校皆有企業實習，規定在實習後繳交實習報告。
實習經驗中包括市調公司電訪人員、科技公司人資部實習工讀生其內容包括上網瀏覽公司網路徵才狀況，主管帶領我們參與面試的流程與協助主管處理行政工作例如:建立顧客資料等工作等。也利用課餘的時間，在一家環衛清潔公司擔任行政助理一職，工作內容為一般行政、人事事務，主要包含了員工勞健保辦理、工作的規劃安排、資料的整理等工作項目。在工讀與實習後，更清楚體驗到企業實際的營運概況。工讀、實習中能學習的部份畢竟有限，期望有更多機會讓自己繼續往這個方向學習。也體驗到語言能力在工作職場上的重要性，目前積極的持續參與語文課程的學習以期望自己能夠在這個工作中有更突出的表現且培養本身的國際觀。我有志在這個領域有所發揮，也深信自己有能力及決心，能確實完成公司所賦予的任務。將來，我也會在職位上不斷的努力及虛心請益。
