銀行文件翻譯與撰寫- stand by L/C(Draft)

Question

We, 1, hereby issue our irrevocable standby letter of credit (No._2_ ) in your favor for account of _3_ up to an aggregate amount of United State Dollars _4_including interest and all other charges as a security for your credit facility, including loan, bank guarantee issuing and/or documentary L/C issuing, at the request of _5_ (the “Obligor”).
This standby L/C will be expired on _6_ and any claims must be presented within the validity of this standby L/C.
This standby L/C shall be available against your sight draft drawn on us accompanies by your signed statement certifying that the Obligor has failed to repay loan and interest and/or to settle bank guarantees and/or documentary L/Cs.
We undertake that drafts and documents drawn under and in strict conformity with the terms of this standby L/C will be duly honored.
Except so far as otherwise expressly stated, this standby L/C is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (1993 Revision), ICC Publications No. 500.
