長期的慢性肺部受損，加上左上側因為慢性阻塞性肺疾病體積收縮延長
Pulmonary TB lesion at both lung 兩側肺部有因結核病受損
Tortusity of thoracic aorta .
Borderline cardiomegaly兩邊有心臟肥大
ps：thoracic aorta 是胸腔動脈
這是胸部x光檢查ㄉ..資料
我有大概翻譯出來..但有些請幫我校正...

Tortusity of thoracic aorta . 胸部主動脈彎曲(不平直)
Borderline cardiomegaly邊緣性心臟肥大
ps：thoracic aorta 是胸腔主動脈

發現拼字錯誤 tortusity應為 tortuosity,意思為彎曲;曲折;扭曲

Chest PA and lateral views showed:
1.Borderline cardiomegaly with tortuous aorta.
2.Bilateral lung fine reticulonodular infiltrations.
RUL and LUL fibrotic lesions.
3.No mediastinum widening.

Hyperinflation with chronic infliltration 並非慢性肺部過度浸潤, 而應是慢性肺部浸潤合併過度充氣. 此外, 所謂的 boderline cardiomegaly 邊緣性心臟肥大, 是指心臟肥大的程度, 大約在心臟正常尺寸範圍的上限.
