去加州觀光開姑姑的車子超速被照相？

我有拿國際駕照，開著姑姑美國公民的車子被警察測速照相的機器給歹到我超速了～～是沒有攔下來，但是我想知道接下來能不能用我的國際護照去解決這事情呢？因為用姑姑的駕照處理是要被扣點數的，所以想問問大家有沒有人有處理過相關事宜呢？還有我拿觀光簽證能夠在加州考駕照嗎？需要開車ㄟ～～謝謝各位～～

可是萬一～～～萬一法官手中的超速照相的相片(由前方照過來的)駕駛者不是我呢？這樣會不會穿幫呢？還是法官手中不會有相片呢？我不知道他們拿雷射槍測的時候相機會不會照到駕駛者ㄋㄟ
