More importantly, do not be embarrased to speak English in public, even if it's only broken English, that will be forgiven. Afterall, they're merely foreigners. They cannot be asked to speak fluent and perfect English like the native speakers. Instead of insisting on speaking perfectly, how about asking them to express themselves in their broken English. It's more important that they can be understood better

Moreover, don't be shy to speak out in English, even the broken English.
They won't notice wether if you speak broken English. Above all, you are the speaker whos English as the sencond language, and you are the speaker who is not asked for speaking English as fluent as native speakers. Expressing well rarher than grammatically correct when you speak Englush, if you want to make your speech more easily to understand.
