The new comers (seniority less than 3 months) shall stay at the Pintong factory to receive a week of relevant training.

2.考試部份,每個部門主管,各有其不同的考查方式針對其部門作考查
About the test, every department director will evaluate based on various review ways most appropriate for his own department.

3.對於沒來受訓曠職的員工,我司有控管名單,其後會有補課課程
For any employee absent from work without any leave excuse, we hold the list in hand and there will be another complimentary courses provided.

4.對於得標的案子,每周5都會開會來討論其進度如何
For any bid-winning case, there shale be meeting to discuss work schedules every Friday.
