我不知你要在哪種場合使用 如果是一般場合
I need to get out of here 或 I must get out of this place.
如果要強調 "這鬼地方" 可用 "this freaky/creepy place 或 "this dump"
"freaky" 或 "creepy" 是挺嚇人的意思
譬如：I need to get out of this creepy place.
I must get out of this freaky place.
如果你是要用口語 就用以下的 但是作業,考試,對上司用不宜
I've gotta get out of here.
I gotta get out of this place.
" 've" 常在口語中被省略
較不禮貌 的說法是
I've gotta get the hell out of here.
2. 如果能什麼都不在乎，那有多好！
"那有多好" 應該放在前面較好
我想了兩分鐘後 覺得以下最適宜
"How good would it be to not have a care in the world!".
"To not have a care in the world" = 無憂無慮
用 would 因為 對這個人來說 , 後段的 "無憂無慮" 是不大可能發生或遙不可及
