英文系統，什麼辦法看中文網頁不會亂碼[20點]

Question

因為系統是英文vista也是新電腦
所以不想要重新安裝中文版的xp或者vista~
(重新安裝的話，新電腦就沒有保固了)
不要叫我重灌...中文版的＝　＝”

所以想要請問各位大大們，
有沒有什麼辦法看中文網頁不會出現亂碼或是問號之類的
可以讓我順利用英文系統看中文網頁嗎＝　＝

這幾天剛買的電腦，IE會是舊的嗎??(我對電腦不熟)

基本上我的電腦雖然是英文系統，但是可以看中文= =||

Vista 要打要看中文和安裝中文程式是沒問題試試下列步驟吧:

1.Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

2. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab, and then click Change keyboards.

3. Under Installed services, click Add.

4. Double-click the language you want to add, double-click the text services you want to add, select the text services options you want to add, and then click OK.

To change the input language:

1. Click the Input language button on the Language bar, and then click the input language you want to use.

To change the display language:

1. Open by clicking the Start button/Regional and Language Options/Control Panel/Clock, Language, and Region/Regional and Language Options/Keyboards and Languages tab/Under Display language, choose a language from the list

IE偵測不同語系時會尋找語系套件安裝
並要求安裝，按確定即可。
若你的IE汰舊，建議先更新後再試著存取中文網頁

IE語系編碼選擇錯通常是所瀏覽的網頁未宣告語系編碼，
你可以透過於頁面上點選滑鼠右鍵>編碼
並選擇適當語系即可

到 "Control Panel" , 然候選 "Regional and Language Options",

在 tab 上找到 "Keyboards and Languages" ，點 "Change keyboards"

, 再選 "Add" , 在選單裡找到 "Chinese" , 把 "Chinese (Traditional) -

New Phonetic" 打勾, 按 "Ok", 就可以了。

我當初就是這樣設定的，所以應該沒問題。
如果你是最近買的新電腦，而且你說你的作業系統是Vista，那你的IE版本是7.0，不會是舊版的。
