受女生喜愛，雖或者可以說不太受男士歡迎．
這句的完整說法是：
He is popular with ladies, though he is not popular, perhaps, among men.
因為後面的"he is not popular"跟前段的"He is popular"，除了"not"之外，其他都是重覆的，因此把這些都省略了，就變成版主提問的句子．"perhaps"是單純的插入副詞，給後段話的意思加小油添小醋，插入字都會用逗點隔開．
