as there is 在此做何種解釋?

其實 little of such economic growth 是主詞,
動詞是finds才對,
as there is是副詞子句...也就是說藍字的as是連接詞,
而there is 之後省略了前面已經講過的單數名詞 little of such economic growth...
也就是若恢復完整句子的話就是 little of such economic growth as there is little of such economic growth finds its way to the poor...
所以as there is 就是說當有little of such economic growth這種情況的時候,
little of such economic growth 也很難幫窮人找到出路...

為何還不選我呢?好吧...我再解釋一下:

第一句就是說--
(字面上)經濟是被期待向上修正的
(延伸義)大家都渴望經濟狀況會好轉

第二句就是說--
(字面上)這種情況有時候才會發生
(延伸義)經濟改善的狀況不是常有的事

第三句的 little不是一點點;而是否定的"幾乎沒有"
就是說--這樣的經濟成長會幫窮人找出一條路也是幾乎沒有的,
就算有成長也是少到幾乎沒有的啦...

整句的意涵就是:
大家渴望經濟狀況能好轉或改善
但會改善的機會不多,大家不必抱太大的希望
就算狀況改善了,也不會改善到窮人的身上
也許整個狀況改善是有錢人錢滾錢的結果
窮人沒資本做後盾,最後也無法藉由改善的經濟而翻身...

as there is 得 as 應該跟上一句 as sometines happens 得 as 一樣,
解釋為"當...."
當有時候發生.....
當那個進行有發現會貧窮
(跟上一句be revised upwards 作對比!)

故,我認為要這樣斷句,
"sth" as there is finds "another"
