拍謝沒講清楚
兩句話的意思的差別是什麼?
而且如果用第二句的話,最後都有指明特定的時間,而我用THESE DAYS是不是有錯?

改一個字母就兩句都通了
What are you doing these days.


What were you doing those days.
these days是「近來,目前」的意思(現在)
those days是「那時,當年」的意思(以前)

兩句文法上都沒有錯


不過都有點怪


如果是How are you doing these days就沒問題了,打招呼用


如果第二句是用來問過去幾天在幹什麼


What did you do these days? 應該會是你要的


第二句What were you doing (something) at 特定時間/ 特定地點


也是沒問題的

這幾天你在幹什麼? (指過去)

這句沒文法錯誤,反而是第一句有點古怪。
第一句是指當下,可是又提到這幾天......

It should be:
What have you been doing these days?
