2. as opposed to比較對, in contract with也沒錯不過聽起來不太順口

instead of或rather than是不能跟as against或as opposed to互換的 =.=

instead of跟rather than是可用在任何的選擇, 不一定有對比

as against跟as opposed to還有in contrast with是用在有衝突性的選擇. 其中as opposed to是完全相反, in contrast with是有對比, as against是有在這兩個的中間的程度
