另外的寫法是: [run-of-mine]/[run-of-the-mill]

如果(當)消息來源很可靠的的話, 它可是截然不同於那種平凡無奇的小道傳言, 或是那些來自平庸經紀人的投資建議. 就像黃金與泥土的差異一般.
等於這麼寫:
