請問”做筆錄”的英文用法? -----
參考美國俄亥俄州 City of Canal Fulton 警局的案件紀錄表"Incidents occuring June 2005" ( http://www.cityofcanalfulton.org/blotter.php?m=6&y=2005 )，"做筆錄"的用字是："make a report"，不過紀錄表中用的都是被動態，像：
A REPORT WAS MADE FOR TELEPHONE HARASSMENT BETWEEN TWO MALES. --- 兩男之間的電話騷擾案做成紀錄
A REPORT WAS MADE FOR A LOCAL BUSINESS THAT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO. --- 本地某公司遭侵入案做成紀錄
例句：
The police has made a report for the case of John's stolen motorbike. －－－ John的機車遭竊一案，警方已經完成筆錄
