You’d think that the tickets reached all the young girls who wanted to watch the talented Disney star. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Parents have so far voiced their displeasure over the scalpers, and asked the camp of Miley Cyrus to address the issue. In response, the teen actress says,
