This /It is有啥不同?急急急!!

請問一下英語達人們:
通常問:What is this/that? 是用This/that is....... 回答 還是用 It is ..........阿??
還有 What are these/those? 是用 These/those are.....回答 還是 They
are......
到底是哪一個呢??
因為我記得不是用哪個問，就要用哪個回答嗎??

通常我們問如:
What is this? 是用This is a book 還是 It's a book.
What are these? 是用These are books 還是 They are books.
正確的用法到底是哪一個??這之間的差別又為和???

What is this/that?
This - 指明近的東西，這是什麼?
That - 指明遠的東西，那是什麼?

來練習一下:
(指著電腦問) What is this? This is a PC.
(指著遠處的車問) What is that? That is a car.

回答時都會針對問題來問，因為問你的人和你和物體距離都是差不多的，問你的人就在你前面咩，所以回答都是，人問What is this? 我們就回答 This is.....; 人問What is that? 我們就回答 That is.....

用It is 不是不可以，It is 通常是用在動物或死物。

但無論This或者That，都是指單數。

眾數的時候，即物件多於1，我們就會用These / Those 來代替 This / That:

What are these/those? (用are是因為多於1; 眾數)
These - 指明近的東西，這些是什麼?
Those - 指明遠的東西，那些是什麼?

What is this? 單數時; 這是什麼?
What are these? 眾數時; 這些是什麼?
What is this? This is a PC.
What are these? These are PCs (personal computers).

What is that? 單數時; 那是什麼?
What are those? 眾數時; 那些是什麼?
What is that? That is a car.
What are those? These are cars.

英文this 是近的 that 是遠的
所謂遠、近是以說話者來判斷，
例如:
This is my book.(離我較近，因此用this)
Is that your book?那是你的書嗎?
物品距離句中的人物較近，
但距離說話者(我)來說是較遠的，以說話者為主要判斷者，因此以that來表示
